Police, FENZ and Ambulance Services are consumers of the 111 Service operated by Spark.

How do I update my address in Police records?

If you have changed your address or other contact details since your firearms licence was issued, you are required by law to let us know. Visit our "Managing my firearms and requirements" page.

To update your address for infringement notices (tickets), car registration notifications or your driver licence, use the NZ Transport Agency Transaction Centre.

If you are on the Victim Notification Register, update your details with the Department of Corrections.

If you need to update your address for any other reason, please visit your local police station.

If you’re not too sure or just want to contact a specific station, call 105.

Yes - 112 is the international emergency number and if the call is made from New Zealand it will automatically patch through to 111.

112 will work from all mobile service suppliers (GSM).

However, it is more direct to dial 111 in emergencies when in New Zealand.

111 is the number for emergencies. Call 111 and ask for Police when:

Someone is badly injured or in danger;
There's a serious risk to life or property;
A crime is being committed and the offenders are still there or have just left;
You've come across a major public inconvenience, like trees blocking a road;
It's happening now or has just happened.

If you can't decide whether it's a real emergency and you're still worried, call 111 and ask. We'll help you work out what to do.

No you can't, you need to call +64 9 571 2800.

This will put you in touch with �ٴ�� who will pass information about your emergency to the appropriate Emergency Service.
